PhotoLive takes your privacy very very seriously. Here's a list of the stuff we do and don't do.

  • We do not permanently cache or store any photos, albums, or content you download.
  • We do not track your browsing activities on the browser or social network.
  • We keep a number of total albums and photos saved with PhotoLive for statistics.
  • We use Google Adsense to serve ads on getPhotoLive.com
  • We use Google Analytics to gather usage stats.

How can I control the use of my information?
PhotoLive is available for multiple social networks including Facebook and MySpace. Below are links to their privacy settings pages, you may need to login to view them. Please familiarize yourself with their policies and settings as they play a large role in the information that is provided to PhotoLive.

Terms & Rules.

PhotoLive is a service that enables users to save and download photos and albums from social networks. These Terms and Rules ("Terms") govern your use of the services and PhotoLive's website (the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, or other material you download through the use of the Services, including but not limited to photos, albums, videos, and other material (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and Rules. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You are wholly responsible for your use of the Services
  • You must be of legal age to use the Services
  • You may not download Content that you don't have permission to
  • You may not download Content that includes objectionable subject matter [described below]
  • You may not download Content that infringes upon any user's rights
  • You may not download Content that is illegal in your city, state, or country
  • You may not use the Service to fulfill any illegal actions
  • You may not use the Service to harm, harass, or abuse anyone
  • You may not abuse the use of the Service in any way, including using bots, spiders, crawlers, etc...

You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any information you choose to save or download, and for any consequences thereof. The content you save or download may not contain nudity or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. You should only download Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.

You may use the Services if you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

The Services that PhotoLive provides are always changing and the form and nature of the Services that PhotoLive provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. For example, we may decide to support more platforms and browsers or enable our users to access the Service through a web-based mobile application as we grow. In addition, PhotoLive may need to stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally if we determine it necessary and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.

The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by PhotoLive on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for PhotoLive granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that PhotoLive and its third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Services without accessing any of your private infomation including the content you download.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") provides recourse to copyright owners who believe that their rights under the United States Copyright Act have been infringed by acts of third parties over the Internet.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, reproduced, displayed, duplicated, performed, distributed, or otherwise infringed without your authorization and is in a state that may constitute copyright infringement, you may provide notice of your claim to the social network you use. You can also report infringement notices to PhotoLive at . Please bare in mind that users can only download Content with PhotoLive, if they have applicable permissions given by the social network, and the profile owner. Therefore PhotoLive will not be held liable and is in no way responsible for what users do through the use of the Service. If you are seding a notice, for your notice to be effective, it must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located;
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit PhotoLive to contact you, such as an address or an e-mail address at which you may be contacted;
  5. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
